Christmas Booking Terms and Conditions
During the Christmas period, we run a tailored festive offering with specific packages, pricing and terms. These will be shared as part of your booking or enquiry.

*For bookings between 16 November 2026 and 31 December 2026, please note: 
– Under 20 Guests: Wednesday – Saturday we require a £10pp prepaid bar spend, which can be redeemed at the bar on the day of your booking. Alternatively, you can book one of our Christmas packages. Sunday – Tuesday, the venues standard booking policy applies. 
– Groups of 20+ guests will need to book one of our Christmas packages or pay a prepaid bar spend. 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: If payment is required for your selected date, we’ll send this through to secure your booking. Event spaces and private hires require a prepaid minimum spend. 
  1. Payment Deadline

– Under 20 pax – £10pp deposit, balance 30 days before. 

– 20+ pax – 25% deposit, balance 30 days before. 

– Larger area Min spend/ Room and Exclusive hires – 40% deposit, balance 30 days before 

– Bookings made within 30 days – Full payment upon booking is required. 

  1. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers: Payments and prepaid spends are non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled, provided at least 30 days’ notice is given. For event bookings, the cancellation terms will be laid out in your contract. Under the notice period, we cannot transfer any prepaid spends or packages. For contracted events, including larger bookings, private hires and full venue hires, the cancellation and payment terms set out in your contract will apply. 
  1. Prepaid Bar Spend & Drinks Tokens: Prepaid bar spend and drinks tokens can be used on drinks purchased at the bar only. QR code orders are excluded. Any unspent balance or unused drinks tokens must be used on the day of your booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  1. Food Tokens: Food tokens are issued via QR code and can be purchased at any value. They must be used on the day of your booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No change will be given for any unspent value. 
  1. Arrival Times: Tables are held for 15 minutes after your booking time. After this, we may release the space and retain any prepaid spend. At least 50% of your group must arrive within 30 minutes or we may reallocate your area. 
  1. Seating: Bookings may include a mix of seated and standing space. We’ll always try to accommodate requests, but specific areas can’t be guaranteed. 
  1. Group Size: We can’t guarantee space or entry for guests beyond the number booked. Final numbers for event bookings are required 7 days prior and are subject to availability. 
  1. Management Rights: We reserve the right to refuse entry or withdraw service where necessary. 
  1. Age Policy: Alcohol is strictly for guests aged 18+. Valid ID may be required. 

 

Oxford Street Booking Terms – Outside of the Christmas period
Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: If payment is required for your selected date, we’ll send this through to secure your booking. Event spaces and private hires require a prepaid minimum spend. 
  1. Payment Deadline: Where payment is required, we’ll need full payment, including any extras, completed at least 4 weeks before your booking date. 
  1. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers: Payments and prepaid spends are non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled within 4 weeks of the booking date, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, any prepaid spend will be non-transferable. For contracted events, including larger bookings, private hires and full venue hires, the cancellation and payment terms set out in your contract will apply.

Games Hall Terms and Conditions – Oxford Street 
*Tokens: Available to purchase in multiple denominations. Unspent tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no change is given.  
*Session Time – As per your selection when selecting your games. Please arrive promptly; late arrivals will not have extra time added. 
*Cancellations- All payments are non-refundable, but we can offer to move your booking if 48 hours’ notice is given prior to your booking. 
*Amendments – Please give us 48 hours’ notice if you need to amend your booked date or time, we will move your booking if we can accommodate, the new date must be within the coming 4 weeks. 
*Safety – Please use the facilities responsibly and at your own risk. Players are expected to act with care to ensure their own safety and the safety of others. For health and safety reasons, please do not sit or lie on the Shuffleboard, Pool Table or Table Tennis. Interactive Darts carries a risk of injury; players are responsible for their own safety at all times. Only venue-provided darts may be used — external darts are not permitted for safety reasons.  
*Age Policy – Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). 
*Equipment – Please return all equipment to our team at the end of your session. 
*Payments – All of our bars are cashless and only accept card or contactless payments.      

 

 

 
Canary Wharf Booking Terms – Outside of the Christmas period
Terms & Conditions 

  1. Booking Confirmation: A prepaid bar spend is required to secure your booking.
  2. Cancellation Policy: 48-hour notice is needed to rescheduling your booking, otherwise your prepaid spend is non-transferable.
  3. Prepaid Bar Spend & Drink Tokens: Prepaid bar spend and tokens can be used on eligible purchases only. Any unspent balance or unused tokens must be used on the day of your booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  1. Payment Deadline: Full payment (including extras) is due at least 4 weeks before your event.
  2. Refunds & Transfers: Payments are non-refundable, but you can reschedule with 4 weeks’ notice, with 48 hour notice.
  3. Food Tokens: Food Tokens can be purchased at agreed values as part of your booking. Tokens are valid on the day of your booking only and can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is spent. Any unused balance at the end of your booking date is non-refundable and non-transferable. Food tokens cannot be combined in a single transaction. 
  1. Booked Time: Booked tables will be released 15 minutes after the booked time, and the prepaid bar spend will be withheld. At least half of your group must arrive within 30 minutes of the time stated above, otherwise, we may open up your area to other guests. If the number of guests exceeds the number stated above, then we will not be able to give any more space and cannot guarantee entry.
  2. Seating Arrangements: Expect a mix of seated and standing areas. Please make your party aware. We do our best to accommodate all requests regarding specific areas, however, these are never guaranteed.
  3. Management Rights: We reserve the right to refuse entry or stop service if necessary.
  4. Age Restrictions: Alcohol is for guests 18+ only—I.D. may be required.

*Table Reservation – If you have added on a table reservation to your booking, you will be able to pick your 2 hour time slot. Please respond to your confirmation email if you would like to amend your chosen time.
