The Bagel Guys by Paulie's are a husband and wife-run team taking inspiration from the bagel shops, delis, and bodegas of New York.


Jordan originally hails from Long Island, NY and missed proper New York style bagels after moving to London in 2017 so they developed a bagel recipe as well as our signature Everything Seasoning recipe (unheard of in London in 2017!) A few market stalls later they turned a wooden shack in Hackney into a tiny bakery and sandwich shop and quickly gained a loyal following. In late 2023 they opened Paulie’s - our first brick & mortar bagel bakery - to meet growing demand and expand the business.
