Laurence & Frank founded Salt Shed and started trading on the streets of London in 2017 after graduating from Sussex university. Over the past 7 years they have worked in markets, festivals, and food halls across London and Brighton.
In 2023 they opened their first restaurant in the heart of the North Laines in Brighton. The guys wanted to go back to their roots and put on a menu which consisted of iconic street food crowd pleasers.
The menu consists of sharing platters and burgers all cooked over fire.
Salt Shed was shortlisted as ‘one to watch’ in the R200 National Restaurant Awards 2023 and are so excited to introduce their restaurant menu in London.
