National Burger Day 2026: Black Bear x Fallow
For National Burger Day 2026, Black Bear Burger teamed up with Jack Croft and Will Murray, the chefs behind Fallow and Roe, for a one-day collaboration burger across all four halls on Thursday 27th August.
- 🍔 Dry aged beef. Black Bear’s signature grass-fed patty.
- 🧀 Cheese. Non-negotiable.
- 🥩 8-hour slow cooked beef dandy ribs. Cooked down until it gives.
- 🧂 Beef sauce and kombu seasoning. Deep and savoury, straight off the Fallow bench.
- 🧅 Pickled shallots. Sharp enough to cut through all of it.
- 🧄 Garlic and Fallow sriracha mayo. The heat.
