Fresh from winning the National Burger Awards 2025, the team at Black Bear Burger is bringing their award-winning a-game to this one day only, limited-edition special, inspired by the legendary Café de Paris.
This year, their special is the Café de Paris Burger which draws inspiration from the sauce at famous Steak Frites restaurant L’Entrecote; this is where *that* herby, buttery sauce meets their signature (award-winning) grass-fed beef burger.
What’s in the Café de Paris Burger?
- 🍔 Signature dry-aged beef patty – rich, full-bodied flavour
- 🧀 Melted cheese – non negotiable
- 🌿 Café de Paris butter sauce – herby, buttery, umami-packed
- 🧅 Caramelised onions – sweet, soft, and perfectly balanced
- 🥓 Smoked bacon – crisp and smoky for a flavour punch
- 🍞 Soft sesame seed bun – some award-winning buns right there
This burger blends a classic steakhouse with Black Bear’s signature flavours. As is tradition, this special will be available for one day only.
