Yes, we take bookings for AR Darts & Pool. If you would like to make a booking please head over to the bookings pages on the website. Please note that bookings for our darts and pool close 2 hours in advance. After that we operate on a walk in basis.

We accept walk-ins for all Games Hall activities. Please speak to a member of the team on arrival and they’ll let you know when the next available slot is.

Darts and pool bookings are either 25 or 55 minutes slots. Your booking starts at the time specified on your booking confirmation and it's your responsibility to turn up on time. Please speak to the host when you arrive and they will get you started on your game.

Yes, Games Hall at Market Halls Oxford Street can accommodate large group bookings and private hire. For groups of 9 or more, please email events@markethalls.co.uk and a member of the team will help arrange your booking. This also applies if you’d like to book multiple dart boards at the same time. For groups of 8 or fewer, you can book directly online for multiple games, subject to availability.

Our venues are all fully cashless. We accept card or contactless payments.

All payments are non-refundable, but we can offer to move your booking if 48 hours notice is give prior to your booking.

All guests under 12 years old must to be accompanied by a responsible person over 18 years old.

Yes, you can book multiple games. When making your booking, you’ll be able to select your chosen games and table. Additional games will take place after your initial session ends.

Yes, no problem. Once you have booked, please reply to your booking confirmation, and our team will send you a payment link. Our on-site team will provide you with food and drink tokens upon your arrival

Food is ordered directly at each kitchen where you will receive a buzzer to notify you when your food is ready to collect. Drinks can be ordered at the bar or via the QR code at your table or game zone.

Yes, all areas of Market Halls at Canary Wharf are wheelchair accessible. At Canary Wharf, guests cannot move between the two floors, but the venue provides disabled access and accessible toilets on each level.

We’re proud to be dog friendly across all our venues, but must caveat that our venues are at their busiest post 6pm. Please bare this in mind ahead of your visit.
