Black Bear Burger, our long-standing resident at Market Halls, is National Burger of the Year 2025. Their signature ‘Miso Bacon Burger’ beat out competition from across the UK, impressing the judges with their top quality ingredients, and perfect execution.
What started as a street food stall has grown into one of London’s most-loved burger spots. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Stew and Liz, Black Bear Burger champions grass-fed British beef, and everything they put in their burgers works towards one goal – enhancing the flavour of the beef.
